On July 29, 2005, the registrant’s Board of Directors elected Greg Peet to serve as a director of the registrant until the registrant’s 2006 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Peet will serve on the registrant’s Compensation Committee and Strategy Committee. The full text of the release issued in connection with the appointment of Mr. Peet to the Board of Directors is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
