In a press release dated July 27, 2007, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated announced that it opened its 126th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Pittsford Plaza in Pittsford, New York on July 26, 2007. The restaurant contains approximately 10,400 square feet and 290 seats.
