Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On a conference call on April 30, 2015 to discuss Omnicell, Inc. earnings for the three months ended March 31, 2015, while discussing recent acquisitions, management stated that the cost of integrating the acquisitions will temporarily suppress non-GAAP operating margins to approximately 12% for the year. The statement was incorrect. It should have read the cost of integrating the acquisitions will temporarily suppress non-GAAP operating margins to approximately 14% for the year.
