On October 23, 2015, in connection with previously scheduled investor meetings planned for the week of October 26, 2015, VMware sent to confirmed participants, and posted to its website, the following message:

On October 20, 2015, VMware held our Q3 2015 investor call. We are actively digesting feedback and, while we do so, are postponing our previously scheduled roadshow.  We apologize for this inconvenience and expect to reschedule in a matter of weeks.
