(b)    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

On April 29, 2015, Johan Pfeiffer, Vice President of Surface Technologies for FMC Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), provided notice of his intent to resign from the Company to pursue a new career opportunity outside of the oil and gas industry. His last day of employment will be July 1, 2015.  Mr. Pfeiffer contributed to the success of the Company and its predecessor, FMC Corporation, during his more than 20 years of service.
