Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 10, 2010 management of First Community Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) will present at the 31st Annual Raymond James Institutional Investors Conference and meet with analysts and institutional investors. The Company expects to use the presentation in similar meetings throughout March and April of 2010. A copy of the investor presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
