Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 31, 2006, Aviall, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2005. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
