(b) On December 10, 2009, Tech Data Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer Joseph A. Osbourn will retire on June 30, 2010. Mr. Osbourn will step-down as Chief Information Officer on January 31, 2010, but will remain as an executive vice president to assist with transition and other matters through June 30, 2010. On February 1, 2010, John Tonnison will be appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Tonnison is currently the Company’s Senior Vice President, Information Technology, The Americas.
