Effective May 20, 2014, the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Key Energy Services, Inc, (the “Company”) named Newton W. “Trey” Wilson III as the Company’s Executive Vice President with responsibility for international operations, technology development and corporate strategy. Dick Alario, the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, has assumed the direction of the Company’s domestic operations. This change will allow Mr. Wilson to focus more exclusively on these critical areas. Mr. Wilson previously served as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
