Vedanta Limited (the Company) is pleased to inform that the Board of Directors will consider and approve an interim dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16 in its meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015. The Company has fixed Monday, November 2, 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if declared.
