On March 10, 2017, Pacific Gas and Electric Company completed the sale of (i) 3.30% Senior Notes due March 15, 2027 in the aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000 and (ii) 4.00% Senior Notes due December 1, 2046 in the aggregate principal amount of $200,000,000.
