On November 6, 2017, Sysco Corporation (“Sysco”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for its first quarter of fiscal year 2018, which ended on September 30, 2017. Sysco hereby incorporates by reference herein the information set forth in its press release dated November 6, 2017 (the “Press Release”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
