Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 19, 2008, Huntington Bancshares Incorporated ("Huntington") issued a news release announcing 2008 second quarter charge-off and loan loss provision expectations. Huntington also announced that the Franklin Credit Management Corporation (Franklin) relationship continues to perform consistent with expectations.
