On July 21, 2010, Gene E. Little informed Huntington’s Board of Directors of his retirement, effective July 22, 2010, citing personal time constraints and other professional commitments. Mr. Little has served as a director since April 2006, and previously served on the board of Unizan Financial Corp. until the merger of that entity into Huntington.
