Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 7, 2013 at 4:15 p.m., Eastern Time, Trans-Lux Corporation (the “Company”) held an investor guidance conference call to discuss details related to the Company’s performance and certain forward-looking information. The conference call was announced by a widely disseminated press release dated August 2, 2013 (the “Press Release”) and was made available to the public via telephone. A copy of the Press Release was also furnished as an exhibit to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 7, 2103. A replay of the conference call will be available for a period of six months following the date of the call by dialing (513) 386-0009 and using the passcode 104243# and the reference number 1.
