Item 8.01 Other Events
On February 7, 2005, Audiovox Corporation (the "Company") issued a press
release announcing it will release results for fiscal 2004 on Monday, February
14, 2005. In addition, the Company also announced it will be filing a Form
12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and anticipates filing
its Form 10-K for fiscal 2004 on or before February 28, 2005. Please see the
copy of the release that is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1
