Item 5.02.
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 

Manpower Inc. and Barbara Beck, Executive Vice President, President - EMEA, have mutually agreed that her employment with the Company will end effective March 1, 2011.  In connection with her departure, the Company anticipates that it will enter into an agreement with Ms. Beck concerning the terms of her departure, which will be filed separately.  The Company also anticipates an announcement in early 2011 on the Company’s succession plans.
