On February 14, 2006, Myron P. Ullman, III resigned from the Board of Directors of Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation (the “Company”) for reasons other than disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Ullman advised the Company that his resignation was due to his other professional commitments as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of J. C. Penney Company, Inc. |
