NEW MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENT

Subject: Statement made pursuant to Circular VIII, No: 39 of the Capital Markets Board.

Special Subjects:

In line with our view on excellence in management and ambition to further improve efficiency with a focus on our corporate customers, we will structure the management of our corporate customers at two different functional groups.

In line with this change, Emre Sayin has been appointed as Chief Officer responsible for Small and Medium Business as of May 14, 2007; Ekrem Yener has been appointed as Chief Officer responsible for Enterprise Business as of May 28, 2007.
