On October 19, 2006, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. A copy of the October 19, 2006 press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

On October 19, 2006, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable on November 24, 2006 to shareholders of record as of November 3, 2006.
