Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 1, 2018, State Street Corporation completed its acquisition of Charles River Systems, Inc. (Charles River Development), a provider of investment management front-office tools and solutions. State Street had previously announced its agreement to acquire Charles River Development on July 20, 2018.
