Announcement Regarding the Agreement with Fitch Ratings

Subject: Statement made pursuant to Circular VIII, No: 54 of the Capital Markets Board


 
The agreement between Turkcell and the credit rating agency, Fitch Ratings, has ended. Our Company will continue to receive credit rating services from Moody's and Standard & Poor’s.
