TURKCELL GENERAL ASSEMBLY DATED MAY 29, 2014
COULD NOT CONVENE

 
Istanbul, Turkey: May 29, 2014 - Turkcell (NYSE: TKC, BIST: TCELL) the leading communications and technology company in Turkey, today announced that the Annual General Meeting dated May 29, 2014 could not convene since the 51% meeting quorum required by the articles of association of Turkcell has not been reached.
