CELLCOM ISRAEL LTD. (THE “COMPANY”) ANNOUNCES ITS ORDINARY SHARES WILL BE
LISTED ON THE TEL AVIV STOCK EXCHANGE ON JULY 1, 2007

Netanya, Israel – June 26, 2007 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL), announced that further to the Company’s announcement on June 25, 2007 of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (“TASE”) approval for the listing of the Company’s ordinary shares on the  TASE, the Company’s ordinary shares shall be listed on the TASE on July 1, 2007.
