CELLCOM ISRAEL ANNOUNCES A HOSTING
AGREEMENT WITH ISRAELI MVNO
NETANYA, Israel, August 29, 2011 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (the “Company”) announced today that it entered a hosting agreement with Home Cellular Ltd., an Israeli Mobile Virtual Network Operator, or MVNO, under which the Company shall provide the MVNO certain hosting services.
