Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 21, 2007, CA, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has satisfied the terms of the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (“DPA”) the Company entered into in September 2004, and that the DPA has expired. A copy of the press release announcing this event is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
