On May 21, 2010, eLong, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its first quarter 2010 unaudited financial results. The Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1. In addition, on March 21, 2010 (Beijing time), the Company’s management team hosted a conference call to discuss the press release.
