On May 15, 2007, Solectron Corporation (the “Company”) entered into an executive employment agreement with Roop Lakkaraju, Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company (the “Agreement”). The material terms of the Agreement were disclosed in a Form 8-K filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 19, 2007, which disclosure is hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this report.
