Regulation G Disclosure The year-to-year percentage change in Same-Property Net Operating Income for the Atlanta and Dallas markets presented on page 5 is a non-GAAP financial measure. In this presentation, we define Net Operating Income as rental and other revenues from real estate operations less total property operating and maintenance expenses from real estate operations (exclusive of depreciation and amortization). We believe the most directly comparable GAAP measure demonstrating a year-to-year change in performance in these markets is the line item in our consolidated statements of operations entitled "Income From Continuing Operations Before Equity in Losses of Unconsolidated Entities, Gains on Property Sales and Minority Interest". A reconciliation of the year-to-year percentage change in Same-Property Net Operating Income for the Atlanta and Dallas Markets to the year-to-year percentage change in Income From Continuing Operations Before Equity In Losses of Unconsolidated Entities, Gains on Property Sales and Minority Interest is provided in Table 1.
