$150M Millennial Tower (now with a smaller LED sign) gets green light from city

The proposed 27-story Millennial Tower, which had neighbors in downtown's RiverSouth neighborhood screaming "not in my backyard," has gotten the green light from the Downtown Commission. But this isn't the same building that once promised a six-story wrap-around LED board.
