Ms. Mott obtained her M.B.A. from Capella University and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She holds a number of industry certifications, including Certified Professional Coach and Certified Disaster Recovery Coach from Fowler International Academy; and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from SSD Global Solutions.
