Mnuchin warns U.K., Italy on digital tax plans

Italy and Britain will face U.S. tariffs if they proceed with a tax on digital companies such as Alphabet Inc.’s Google and Facebook Inc., U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin warned Tuesday.
