Fort Worth State Farm Agent Linda Allen Donates 200 Water Bottles to Bryson Elementary School Students

Water Fountains at Local School Off Limits Because of Covid 19

FORT WORTH, TX, September 28, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- As children have returned to classrooms at Bryson Elementary School in Saginaw, Texas, they have discovered a lot is different. In addition to many other measures to slow the spread of Covid 19, the school has turned off drinking fountains.

"Without water fountains, students really need to have personal water bottles," said local State Farm Agent Linda Allen. "We are elated to be able to step up and donate 200 water bottles through Bryson Elementary's PTA," said Allen.

"Getting this donation from Linda was huge for the PTA. We had priced getting water bottles for the students, and the cost was more than $500," said Bryson Elementary PTA President Kacey Andersen. "Linda's donation means the PTA can use those funds for other things our school needs," she added.

The bottles were distributed to students on September 24 and have been a hit so far with both students and teachers. "We are proud to support Bryson Elementary and wish all our Bryson Bobcats a very successful school year," said Allen, whose agency also hosts an annual school bag giveaway.
