(2002 - 2012); a primary care physician for Veterans Administration Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia (1997 - 2002); and as clinical instructor at Grady Memorial Hospital, Division of General Internal Medicine, in Atlanta (1996 - 1997).
Her areas of expertise include acute and urgent care, annual physicals, chronic disease management, complex medical problems, depression and anxiety, executive health, geriatric health, medical weight management, osteoporosis, preventative health, vaccinations, and women's health.

Dr. Marathe earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine in 1993, followed by a residency in internal medicine at the Emory University School of Medicine.
