Owner of new gallery at High and Gay hopes to boost downtown arts scene

The art gallery is opening in its new home this weekend in 1,600 square feet at 1 E. Gay St., at the intersection with High Street downtown, placing it in the center of a rising neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and new residences.
