Longaker’s employment by Trulite, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated effective
October 20, 2006. Prior to the termination of his employment by the Company,
Mr.
Longaker was the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. The Company
has not yet replaced Mr. Longaker.
