Item 8.01. Other Events.
Trustreet Properties, Inc. (NYSE:TSY) recently entered into an agreement to purchase a portfolio of up to 120 restaurant properties for a purchase price of up to $87.1 million. The portfolio is comprised of 12 concepts, which are primarily restaurant chains, including Pizza Hut, Arby’s and Burger King. The properties are broadly diversified among 34 tenants and 19 states. The transaction is expected to close by September 30, 2005.
