On February 23, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has extended its consent solicitation to amend the indenture governing its outstanding $300 million aggregate principal amount of 7 1/2% Senior Notes due April 1, 2015. The consent solicitation has been extended to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on February 23, 2007, unless terminated or extended by the Company. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
