On March 3, 2010, PECO Energy Company (PECO) announced that it has entered into 10-year agreements to purchase 6 megawatts, or 80,000 solar energy credits, in support of Pennsylvanias Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards. The purchases were made at an average price of $256.57 per megawatt hour. A copy of the press release announcing the solar energy credit purchases is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
