Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 29, 2018, Michael Schneider notified Manitex International, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to depart as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the Company, effective as of such date. On an interim basis, the Company will utilize other Company employees and an outside consultant to perform the required functions that Mr. Schneider had been performing.
