(1)	On June 3, 2013 Ms. Painter received a Restricted Stock Unit grant in the amount of 5,443 shares. This grant will vest over a 3-year period; 25% of the shares will vest on the first anniversary of the grant date and the remaining 75% will vest in 8 equal quarterly installments thereafter.
