Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 31, 2018, Samuel D. Walker, Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company (the “Company”), gave notice that he will retire from his position effective at the close of business on February 28, 2018. His retirement is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, polices or practices. The Company appointed E. Lee Reichert, the Company’s current Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, as Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer and Secretary, effective as of the close of business on February 28, 2018.
