Flanagan, who joins the company on August 1, 2005, may participate in the announcement of the company's interim results, AMVESCAP PLC today announced that it has changed the announcement date of its 2005 interim results from July 28, 2005 to August 2, 2005 at noon BST (7 a.m. EDT). A conference call to review these results will follow for members of the investment community and general public at 2:30 p.m. BST (9:30 a.m. EDT). Charles Brady, chairman, Martin Flanagan, president and CEO and James Robertson, chief financial officer, will conduct this call.
