Mr. Ephraim's professional journey has been supported by his academic achievements. In 2015, he earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He then continued his education at the University of Maryland, earning a Master of Science in finance and financial management in 2019. In addition to his time in academia, he also earned various certifications, expanding his expertise and qualifications in his field.
Mr. Ephraim is certified in construction quality management for contractors by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, construction management by the Construction Management Association and as a project management professional by the Project Management Institute. He also holds certifications in acquisition and supply chain management from the University of Maryland and is an accredited commercial manager, as recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Before assuming his current role, Mr. Ephraim strengthened his skills at Grunley Construction Company Inc., where he served as an assistant project manager from 2018 to 2020. Other professional positions he has held include assistant project manager roles at Plano-Coudon LLC from 2017 to 2018 and Hunter Roberts Construction Group from 2016 to 2017.
In addition to his work at Procon Consulting, Mr. Ephraim is the founder and principal investor of Ephraim Holdings LLC, as well as the owner of Stripe Management, both of which were established in 2018. In his role with Ephraim Holdings, he supervises real estate acquisitions, private equity collaborations and investment strategies. At Stripe Management, he is responsible for all operations and leads the company's property management services with specialties in multifamily and single-family residences.
