Nachawati Law Group Partner Earns Texas Rising Stars Honor

Erin Wood listed among state’s top young lawyers for seventh consecutive year

Dallas-based Nachawati Law Group is pleased to announce that partner Erin Wood has earned a place on the 2024 edition of Texas Rising Stars, a distinguished list of the state’s top young attorneys published by Thomson Reuters, as part of its Super Lawyers process.

Trial lawyer Ms. Wood is honored for excellence in products liability on behalf of plaintiffs, and for her work in class action and mass tort cases. Her practice focuses on medical devices, drugs, herbicides and cancer litigation.

“This recognition is well-deserved,” said founding partner Majed Nachawati. “She is an integral member of our team proven by her commitment to client service and courtroom success. Our entire firm is proud to have Erin in our corner.”

Texas Rising Stars honorees must be age 40 or younger or have been practicing law for just 10 years or less. Attorneys are selected based on peer nominations and independent research, followed by an advisory board review. Only 2.5% of eligible attorneys are chosen.

“It is such an honor to have my efforts acknowledged in this way,” said Ms. Wood. “I am very grateful to my clients and peers within the industry who helped make this recognition possible.”

The 2024 edition of Texas Rising Stars marks the seventh consecutive year to include Ms. Wood. She is also a repeat honoree of the prestigious National Trial Lawyers 40 under 40 listing.

Ms. Wood is a member of the Dallas Women Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice and the Junior League of Dallas.
