Jason Kidd's firing was swift, not pre-meditated: Bucks GM Horst

The Milwaukee Bucks decision to fire coach Jason Kidd was swift and based on concerns the team wouldn’t achieve preseason goals of reaching the playoffs and at least winning its first round series, general manager Jon Horst said.
