University of Hawaii estimates $6M cost for on-campus football in 2021

UH plans to increase seating at its primary football practice facility from 3,585 people to around 10,000, as well as import scoreboards and game clocks from the 45-year-old stadium, which likely hosted its last sporting event on Sunday, the Hula Bowl college all-star game.
