In a first, Kate Martin launches campaigns for both Seattle mayor and council

Martin, who led the unsuccessful 2016 campaign to preserve part of the Alaskan Way Viaduct, is the latest candidate to jump into the race. Other recent entrants include former state Rep. Jessyn Farrell and motivational speaker James Donaldson, who played for the Supersonics.
