Pennsylvania's gathering limits to increase May 17

Under the state’s definitions, a gathering includes not only concerts, fairs and festivals in a limited time frame, a business meeting or a conference, but also movie showings within a multiplex, a performance inside an amusement park and a party within a multiroom venue.
