Washington state reaches vaccination milestone on road to reopening

It's now one of 13 states in which at least 70% of the population 18 years and older have had at least one Covid-19 shot. Gov. Jay Inslee has said the state would fully reopen sooner than June 30 if residents 16 and up reach that vaccination mark.
